Overlooking the peaceful Guadalfeo River in the rural Alpujarras is the conceptual Alqueria de Morayma Hotel. Our very name, Alqueria, denotes a small group of interdependent houses, not unlike the many picturesque villages that dot this landscape. Our rooms are individually furnished with clay and slate tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. Swim in our excellent outdoor pool after admiring the covered walkway with its traditional Serrano hams and Ali Baba jars, used for storing the olive oil and the wine that we make ourselves. Enjoy a meal in one of the two restaurants which feature local produce and have spectacular views of the mountains. We have a well stocked wine cellar.
